The evidence behind the opportunity.

Start with the 443-hole reported assay record, including the first seven RC results, then follow the work required to test continuity, recovery and economic potential.

Latest official result · 8 September 2026

From-surface grade and the first RC results at depth.

MAV_AD_0375 returned 15 metres from surface to EOH at 11,480 ppm TREO (1.15% TREO) and 2,830 ppm MREO. MAV_RC_0012 returned 29 metres from 31 metres to the 60-metre EOH at 5,751 ppm TREO (0.58% TREO) and 1,346 ppm MREO.

WHAT CHANGED146 holes

1,299 m in the latest update

The package adds 139 auger holes and the first seven reported RC holes.

WHY IT MATTERS

443 reported holes across 3,628.8 m.

The first RC results extend the drill-derived dataset below auger depths. Deeper drilling, three-dimensional modelling and representative metallurgy remain the next tests.

Potential value inflection points

From more drilling to a first economic study.

Further drilling and assays feed the geological model. Modelling and representative metallurgy support the resource and PEA targets.

  1. 01 · NEXT CATALYSTTIMING NOT DISCLOSED

    Further drilling results

Test repetition, drilled geometry, grade distribution and continuity across additional holes and target areas.

  2. 02 · TECHNICAL WORKACTIVE / PLANNED

    Model + representative metallurgy

Build defensible geological domains while testing extraction, variability, selectivity and mass balance on representative material.

  3. 03 · CONDITIONAL TARGETBEFORE END-2026

    Maiden resource estimates

Quantify tonnage, grade, geometry and classification under S-K 1300 and NI 43-101.

  4. 04 · CONDITIONAL TARGETH1 2027

    Preliminary economic assessment

Bring resource, metallurgy, engineering and economic assumptions into a first development concept.

Management targets restated 8 September 2026: maiden resource estimates before end-2026 and a PEA in H1 2027, subject to results and the required technical work.

Investor consequence today

An investment in Verde is exposure to Verde as a whole, including its wholly owned Magnes subsidiary. It is not a pure-play investment in Minas Americas.

Minas Americas remains at exploration stage; no mineral resource, mineral reserve, project economics or development decision has been disclosed.

Current programme funding disclosure

Parent-company disclosure described financing support for the programme.

The parent company reported that a 2026 financing was intended to support Minas Americas drilling, metallurgical testing and technical de-risking alongside working capital and general corporate purposes.

No separately disclosed Magnes budget, ring-fenced funding amount or runway was identified. Parent-level liquidity and debt do not constitute a Magnes funding commitment, and future work may require additional capital with possible dilution or structural consequences.

Funding decisions can affect programme pace, ownership and dilution.

Five tests ahead

What the next phase must deliver.

  • Resource definition must convert the growing drill record into a compliant estimate of tonnage, grade and continuity.
  • Representative metallurgy must validate extraction, variability, impurities and mass balance.
  • Product definition and separation must create a credible route to a payable product.
  • Permitting, infrastructure and development design will determine cost and schedule.
  • Execution requires capital, approvals and supportive market conditions.
