Securities status and general information

The 8 September 2026 release described Magnes Rare Earths as a wholly owned subsidiary of Verde AgriTech Ltd. and did not disclose a separately traded Magnes security. Dated disclosure boundary only. An investment in Verde includes Verde's other businesses; this website does not offer a Magnes security or represent current capitalisation beyond the cited disclosure.

The 8 September 2026 news release listed continued strategic development and capital-markets preparation for Magnes, including the intended U.S. listing process if conditions and approvals support it. This corporate pathway is separate from the technical work programme. No listing has occurred, no date has been disclosed and no timing or outcome is assured.

Minas Americas remains an exploration-stage, clay-hosted rare-earth project in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Exploration and diagnostic results do not establish a mineral resource, mineral reserve, commercial recovery, economic assessment or development decision.

Current project summaries use the source disclosure dated 6 October 2026. Earlier releases retain their own reporting dates and limitations; newer authoritative disclosure controls. See the technical disclosure page for definitions, QP attribution and QA/QC.

Technical approval relates to the dated release. It is not approval of every website presentation or the separate companion assay annex. This is not whole-website Qualified Person approval.

Users may view this website for lawful informational purposes. Content may not be altered, misrepresented, republished as formal company disclosure or used to suggest endorsement. No warranty is made that the website will always be available, error-free or current.

Third-party names and standards remain the property of their respective owners. Linking a source does not incorporate it into this website beyond the claim for which it is cited.

Last updated 18 October 2026. Magnes Rare Earths operates this website and handles personal information submitted through it. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through the secure contact form.

MINAS MAGNETICS PTE. LIMITED (Singapore UEN 202605134H), 16 Collyer Quay #17-00, Singapore 049318, operates this website under the Magnes Rare Earths brand and is responsible for this website’s processing of personal information.

The contact and partnership forms collect the information a user chooses to provide so Magnes can record, assess and respond to an enquiry. Required fields are identified. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled or commercially sensitive material.

Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on consent, steps requested before a possible business relationship and Magnes's legitimate interests in answering corporate, investor and partnership communications, securing the website and keeping an accountable correspondence record.

Accepted enquiries receive a reference number and are stored in protected hosting infrastructure as the operational record. Authorised hosting, security and email-delivery providers may process limited information on Magnes's behalf, including across national borders where their infrastructure is located and subject to applicable contractual or legal safeguards. Magnes does not sell form information or use it for advertising.

A person may voluntarily request Magnes email updates. Magnes records the consent wording, language, source page, request and confirmation times, preference changes and operational delivery events. If a request remains unconfirmed, Magnes may send one confirmation reminder. The address is added to Resend, our email-delivery provider, only after a separate confirmation step. Resend processes contact details, language preferences and delivery or suppression events on Magnes's behalf. Subscribers can unsubscribe through the link in every broadcast; Magnes then retains only the records reasonably needed to respect that preference, demonstrate consent and protect the service.

Optional website statistics

Optional website statistics stay off unless enabled for the site and separately allowed by you in Cookie preferences. They count page views, selected link clicks and approved public campaign labels to improve the website. The aggregate table contains only UTC date, event, known public path, campaign label and count: no visitor or session ID, IP address, user-agent string, raw URL or form details. Hosting still receives request metadata and may receive existing same-origin cookies. Counts do not establish your identity or investor status. With a fresh analytics choice, invitation counts cover readiness to display, actual displays, opens, dismissals and in-page invitation opens. A consented public campaign label is held only in page memory for up to 30 minutes during internal navigation, never beyond that document, and is cleared when permission is unavailable or withdrawn. It is not a visitor ID and is not linked to subscriber records.

Reports cover today and the preceding 89 UTC dates. Older rows in the new statistics table are removed on the next statistics write or private export and may remain while the service is idle. This does not set retention for hosting logs, backups or older aggregate tables.

Hosting storage and cookie choices

When explicitly enabled for an internal or test browser, the functional preference magnes.measurement.internal stores only an exclusion flag and a fixed expiry for up to 180 days. It keeps our own testing out of optional audience statistics. It contains no identifier, email address or browsing history, does not enable analytics, and is not renewed by browsing. The internal / test control in Cookie preferences removes the exclusion. Local previews are always excluded. If storage is blocked, exclusion can be retained only in the current page.

OpenAI Sites, the hosting platform, automatically records traffic and provides unique-visitor and page-view statistics without an application analytics SDK. This is separate from our optional website statistics. Its published documentation does not explain how visitors are counted or connect those figures to the hosting cookie described below. That connection, the platform’s retention and its measurement controls have not been verified. Cookie preferences does not gate this hosting-layer traffic measurement.

Hosting can set storage before your cookie choice. A previous browser check found Cloudflare’s __cf_bm bot-protection cookie, lasting about 30 minutes, and a Secure, HttpOnly __Host-appgarden-visitor cookie, lasting about 90 days with expiry refreshed during navigation. The latter’s provider, purpose and exemption status have not been verified. Cookie preferences controls optional website statistics and X measurement; it does not gate hosting-layer cookies. Page JavaScript cannot read or remove HttpOnly cookies.

Cookie preferences stores a version, your separate statistics and advertising choices and their expiry in magnes.cookie.preferences localStorage for 180 days, without a visitor ID. The record version is 2026-10-18-v4. The magnes_measurement_optout and magnes_x_optout cookies retain only rejection or withdrawal for 180 days and never grant permission. Older permissions do not activate optional statistics or X; a new choice is required. Reject or withdraw either purpose at any time through Cookie preferences. Withdrawing X reloads the page to stop future Pixel activity and may clear unsaved form entries. This does not delete information X already received. X cookies may include _twclid, _twpid and _twsid, with disclosed lifetimes up to 390 days; cookie expiry is separate from X’s data retention. Browsing, enquiries and email updates remain available; email consent is separate.

Optional X advertising measurement

X advertising measurement is off unless enabled for the site and separately allowed by you through a new choice in Cookie preferences.

With your consent, we load the X Pixel to measure visits associated with Magnes advertising, using X’s restricted-data-use controls. X receives visit information, IP addresses, browser/device information and cookie identifiers and may associate a visit with your X account. Full page URLs and referring URLs are withheld from measurement events. Magnes does not send form details, email addresses or telephone numbers for matching and does not create new retargeting audiences through this feature. X handles received information under its own Privacy Policy and privacy settings.

One base visit is measured per consented document on magnesrareearths.com, not every in-page navigation. Private and email confirmation/unsubscribe routes, standalone maps and previews are excluded. Additional button, dwell, data-layer and contact matching features are disabled in the reviewed configuration. Browser/device information can include language, timezone, screen/device characteristics and available battery information. X may process received information across national borders; its retention and transfer arrangements are described in its Privacy Policy. Requests already sent cannot be recalled.

X Privacy Policy · X advertising privacy controls

A small investor-update invitation may appear after engaged reading on relevant English pages. It does not require a prior “allow invitations” choice and never subscribes you to email. Active foreground time, reading progress and up to two page paths are held temporarily in page memory, not saved as browsing history or sent to analytics. Whether the invitation has appeared is also held in page memory. Only after a fresh analytics choice under the updated notice do the bounded aggregate invitation-stage counts described above go to optional statistics; no timing values, reading history or subscriber identity are sent. Open tabs can exchange a non-identifying “shown” signal to avoid simultaneous invitations. A full page reload starts fresh unless you saved a hide preference.

Choosing “Not now — hide for 30 days” or “Hide for 30 days” saves that requested preference on this browser; choosing “Hide invitations for 90 days” after a sign-up acknowledgement or confirmation saves a 90-day preference. These local preferences contain only a version, reason and expiry, never an email address, email hash, token, name or visitor identifier. They are used solely to honour your choice, not to identify or track you. Previous unexpired off or suppression choices remain respected. You can hide invitations or clear saved choices under Investor-update invitation preferences in the footer. If storage is unavailable, automatic invitations remain off; in-page forms remain available. Choices do not carry across devices. Email consent and email confirmation remain separate.

Saving a hide preference is your voluntary choice, separate from email-subscription consent. In-page forms and public documents remain available either way. Operational subscription records separately support deduplicated aggregate request and confirmation counts, grouped by UTC request date and a bounded placement label. No browser or person conversion rate or cross-device visitor profile is created.

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to processing; or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. A user may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or Brazil's Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados where applicable.

For concerns under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Your rights under other applicable laws and ability to contact the relevant authority are preserved. PDPC.

Our ordinary enquiry-retention policy is up to 24 months. The production setting is 730 days. A deletion routine exists, but its scheduled production execution has not been verified. Longer retention for an active relationship, dispute, security incident or legal obligation must have a justified separate basis.
