Securities status and general information
The 8 September 2026 release described Magnes Rare Earths as a wholly owned subsidiary of Verde AgriTech Ltd. and did not disclose a separately traded Magnes security. Dated disclosure boundary only. An investment in Verde includes Verde's other businesses; this website does not offer a Magnes security or represent current capitalisation beyond the cited disclosure.
The 8 September 2026 news release listed continued strategic development and capital-markets preparation for Magnes, including the intended U.S. listing process if conditions and approvals support it. This corporate pathway is separate from the technical work programme. No listing has occurred, no date has been disclosed and no timing or outcome is assured.
This website does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to purchase securities, investment advice, a recommendation or a representation that an investment is suitable for any person. Users should rely on applicable formal disclosure and independent professional advice.
Forward-looking information
Statements about planned work, possible studies, potential project advancement, partnerships and future corporate actions are forward-looking. They depend on exploration results, metallurgical performance, engineering, regulatory review, permitting, financing, approvals, market conditions and other risks.
Actual events may differ materially. No undated resource or study timetable is presented as a current commitment.
Technical information
Minas Americas is an exploration-stage rare-earth project. Reported drill results are head-grade assays from drilled intervals; true thickness has not been determined. Selected diagnostic leach tests on trench samples do not establish metallurgical recoveries or commercial process performance. No mineral resource, mineral reserve, project economics, recovery estimate, production guidance or development decision has been disclosed. There is no certainty that further exploration will result in the delineation of mineral resources or mineral reserves, or that any development decision will be made.
Technical content is based on formal disclosure available through 8 September 2026. Newer authoritative disclosure controls. See the technical disclosure page for definitions, QP attribution and QA/QC.
Terms of use
Users may view this website for lawful informational purposes. Content may not be altered, misrepresented, republished as formal company disclosure or used to suggest endorsement. No warranty is made that the website will always be available, error-free or current.

Privacy notice
Last updated 26 August 2026. Magnes Rare Earths operates this website and handles personal information submitted through it. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through the secure contact form.
The contact and partnership forms collect the information a user chooses to provide so Magnes can record, assess and respond to an enquiry. Required fields are identified. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled or commercially sensitive material.
Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on consent, steps requested before a possible business relationship and Magnes's legitimate interests in answering corporate, investor and partnership communications, securing the website and keeping an accountable correspondence record.
Accepted enquiries receive a reference number and are stored in protected hosting infrastructure as the operational record. Authorised hosting, security and email-delivery providers may process limited information on Magnes's behalf, including across national borders where their infrastructure is located and subject to applicable contractual or legal safeguards. Magnes does not sell form information or use it for advertising.
A person may voluntarily request Magnes email updates. Magnes records the consent wording, language, source page, request and confirmation times, preference changes and operational delivery events. If a request remains unconfirmed, Magnes may send one confirmation reminder. The address is added to Resend, our email-delivery provider, only after a separate confirmation step. Resend processes contact details, language preferences and delivery or suppression events on Magnes's behalf. Subscribers can unsubscribe through the link in every broadcast; Magnes then retains only the records reasonably needed to respect that preference, demonstrate consent and protect the service.
No non-essential cookies, advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics are enabled. The website records cookie-free, first-party aggregate counts for page views and selected investor actions. Those counts contain the page path, event type and date only; they do not create visitor profiles or store names, email addresses, IP addresses, user-agent strings or cross-site identifiers.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to processing; or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. A user may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or Brazil's Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados where applicable.
Enquiry records are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months, then deleted unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active relationship, dispute, security incident or legal obligation. Reference-based deletion is available through the secure contact form.
