Why Magnes. Why now.

A growing drill record now extends from surface to the first reported RC intervals at depth, sharpening the geological and metallurgical questions ahead of two major technical milestones.

The opportunity in one screen

Five reasons to follow Magnes now.

Five facts define the opportunity today and the milestones that can strengthen it.

01 · Growing evidence base443

reported drill holes

3,628.8 m of cumulative reported assay drilling after the 8 September 2026 update.

02 · Selected from-surface interval15 m

1.15% TREO

2,830 ppm MREO in MAV_AD_0375, from surface to EOH.

03 · First RC results at depth29 m

0.58% TREO

31 m to 60 m EOH, with 1,346 ppm MREO.

04 · Heavy rare-earth subset566 ppm

HREO over 5 m

Including 100 ppm DyTb. Head grade only, not recovery or economic value.

05 · Capital-efficient founder execution — prior companyC$151M+

gross capital accessed

3.9% annualised basic share-count growth from the 2007 post-IPO base through June 2026 while the former platform built reported installed mineral-fertilizer capacity of up to 3.0 Mtpa—not actual production.

Potential value inflections

Two major technical milestones. The work that leads to them.

Mineral-resource estimates before the end of 2026 and a PEA in H1 2027. Further drilling, geological modelling and representative metallurgy provide the technical inputs.

  1. NOW

    443 holes reported

The 8 September 2026 update adds the first seven reported RC holes and extends the drill-derived dataset to 60 metres drilled depth.

  2. NEXT CATALYST

    Further drilling results

Additional assays can strengthen the evidence for repetition, geometry and continuity.

  3. BEFORE END-2026*

    Maiden resource estimates

A first formal estimate of tonnage, grade, geometry and classification.

  4. H1 2027*

    Preliminary economic assessment

A first integrated development concept grounded in the preceding technical work.

* These targets were restated on 8 September 2026 and are not guaranteed dates. They remain subject to results, assays, technical work, regulatory review, financing and approvals.

What comes next

The evidence that can strengthen the case.

The next phase is designed to turn geological promise into the inputs required for resource definition and an economic study.

GEOLOGY

Define scale and continuity

Integrate drilling, assays and geology into defensible mineralised domains and resource estimates.

METALLURGY

Establish representative recovery

Selected trench material returned primary leach solution concentrations up to 667 mg/kg DREO and 278 mg/kg MREO under a 0.5 M ammonium-sulphate, 30-minute diagnostic test. Representative composites must now establish extraction, variability, selectivity and mass balance.

DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT

Test the economic pathway

Resource, metallurgy, engineering, infrastructure and cost assumptions must come together in the targeted PEA.

Principal risks

What could change the thesis.

  • The reported drilling may not support a mineral resource, reserve or economic scale.
  • Selected diagnostic leach behaviour may not translate into representative recovery.
  • Mineralogy, impurities, water, reagents, residues, permitting and infrastructure may change the development route.
  • Future work requires capital and may affect timing, ownership or dilution.
