Magnes Rare Earths — A growing record of evidence Verde AgriTech, Minas Americas results, 6 October 2026 Assay record through 2026-09-25; information as of 2026-10-04. Narration Before there is a resource, there must be evidence. Magnes Rare Earths is advancing the Minas Americas project in Brazil. The project is in the state of Minas Gerais and remains at the exploration stage. On 6 October 2025, Verde announced the discovery. The evidence base has continued to grow. The combined assay compilation covers 879 drill holes. The cumulative record totals 7,468.8 assayed metres. Approximately 5,500 hectares across 13 mineral rights formed the historical exploration-zone context. A mapped geological unit exceeded 15 square kilometres; the March drill-result footprint exceeded 3.5 square kilometres. None is a mineral-resource boundary. The record combines 822 auger holes and 57 RC holes. The update adds assays from 50 more RC holes. Selected auger results include 11 metres from surface. That interval returned 2,179 ppm magnet rare-earth oxides. A selected RC hole returned 53 metres from surface. Its composite head grade was 1,242 ppm MREO. Another selected RC hole returned 30 metres from surface. It averaged 1,853 ppm magnet rare-earth oxides. A selected five-metre interval returned 420 ppm HREO. These are head grades, not recovered grades. Metallurgy answers a different question. In five selected tests, the magnet-oxide share was higher in the dissolved rare-earth mix, not an extraction recovery. Verde attributed execution to its regional teams, company drilling and laboratory capabilities, and established mining and plant operations in the region. That platform supports execution; it does not establish this project's outcome. The next milestone is SGS bench-scale reporting. Seven geological samples from four holes, plus a QC duplicate. Results are expected after reconciliation and technical review. The programme tests extraction and impurity selectivity. It also examines reagent needs and solid-liquid separation. No bench-scale numerical results are announced yet. The project remains at the exploration stage. True thickness and continuity have not been established. Nor have a mineral resource, representative recovery or economics. Magnes is Verde’s subsidiary. Verde is the listed issuer; this film is not a securities offer. A broader assay record. A defined next technical gate. Follow the evidence. Technical and forward-looking qualifications Selected drilled head-grade composites are not representative grades, true thickness, recovered grades, a resource or economics. MREO comprises Nd, Pr, Dy and Tb oxides. HREO includes yttrium; the groups overlap in Dy and Tb and must not be added. Earlier diagnostic compositional enrichment is not extraction recovery. No numerical SGS bench-scale results are announced in this release. Future reporting is conditional on reconciliation and technical review and can change. Material risks include sample variability, recovery and impurity behaviour, reagent requirements, laboratory delays, funding, personnel, permits and market conditions. The source issuer's statutory updating obligations are not displaced. This is not an offer of securities. Source QP review does not approve this entire film. Accessibility and production English AI-generated narration uses the local Apple Serena (Premium) British female voice at nominal 185 words per minute. All narration is newly synthesized; only historical motion visuals are retained. Speech is not speed-compressed. Connected-sentence caption timings are estimates weighted by spoken words, not forced alignment. English open captions and optional closed captions are provided. No simulated project footage.
