Magnes Rare Earths is advancing the Minas Americas project in Brazil. The project is in the state of Minas Gerais and remains at the exploration stage.

On 6 October 2025, the discovery announcement was issued by Verde. By 8 September 2026, 337 elapsed days later, assays had been reported from 443 drill holes.

Approximately 5,500 hectares across 13 mineral rights formed the historical exploration-zone context. A mapped geological unit exceeded 15 square kilometres; the March drill-result footprint exceeded 3.5 square kilometres. None is a mineral-resource boundary.

The 8 September update took the reported record to 443 drill holes and 3,628.8 assayed metres.

MAV_AD_0375 returned 15 metres from surface at 1.15 percent TREO.

The first seven RC holes extended the record to 60 metres drilled depth.

MAV_RC_0012 returned 29 metres at 0.58 percent TREO, to the 60-metre end of hole.

One selected interval returned 566 ppm HREO. True thickness has not been determined.

Metallurgy answers a different question.

Selected trench samples were screened with approximately 0.5-molar ammonium sulphate for 30 minutes. Under those conditions, primary-leach-solution concentrations reached up to 667 mg/kg DREO and 278 mg/kg MREO. The selected tests reported behaviour consistent with ionic adsorption. They did not establish representative recovery, process performance, product specification, or project economics.

Verde attributed execution to its regional teams, company drilling and laboratory capabilities, and established mining and plant operations in the region. That platform supports execution; it does not establish this project's outcome.

Next come two proof gates: geology and representative metallurgy. Latest targets: maiden resource estimates before end-2026; a preliminary economic assessment in the first half of 2027. Both are forward-looking and conditional on technical results, regulatory review, market conditions and approvals.

The Minas Americas project remains at the exploration stage. In its drilled intervals, laboratory assays report head grades, not recoverable grades. True thickness has not been determined. No mineral resource, mineral reserve, project economics, recovery estimate, production guidance, or development decision has been established.

The 8 September 2026 release described Magnes as wholly owned by Verde AgriTech. No separately traded Magnes security was disclosed.
